John Redmond is a well-known and respected international music industry professional who thoroughly understands the international music publishing business, the value of songs, song catalogs and music for records, film, television and stage use. He has a broad based and in-depth working knowledge of music publishing and a track record for helping to grow song copyrights and catalogs into extremely valuable assets. John has personally initiated and overseen the recovery of millions of dollars in unclaimed royalties from record companies for his own company's songwriters and music publishers.

John has held executive positions in a number of music companies. These positions include Vice President, Universal Music Publishing Canada, Vice President/General Manager, PolyGram Music Publishing Canada and Managing Director, Rondor Music of Canada. With these positions came a number of responsibilities, which included managing all of the creative and administrative activities of the Canadian music publishing divisions of Universal, PolyGram and Rondor Music Publishing. His creative activities included the discovery and fostering of successful songwriters as well as the development and promotion of these songwriters for the international arena. His administrative functions included contract negotiations, copyright supervision, royalty management, song licensing, budgeting and monitoring financial performance. As a director of CMRRA, the Canadian equivalent to the US mechanical licensing organization The Harry Fox Agency, he was pivotal in the initiation of its unclaimed royalty recovery program. He has conducted and overseen due diligence for song catalogues valued in the hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars.

John himself is a former songwriter, recording artist and performer with numerous albums to his credit. Consequently, he has an affinity with the songwriter and artist. He has coupled this creative affinity with the skills, expertise and experience of the music business. His advice and expertise have been widely sought and relied upon by some of the world's best-known songwriters, recording artists, producers and managers. John has advised the Canadian Federal Government on copyright and music publishing issues. He has been published in various trade magazines and been a featured speaker at music trade organizations, universities and colleges.

John Redmond has served on the boards of various important music trade organizations and associations; some of these included the Board of Directors, CMRRA/Canadian Musical Reproduction Rights Agency (1992-2002), Board of Directors, FACTOR/Foundation to Assist Canadian Talent on Record (1993-1998), Executive Committee, CMPA/Canadian Music Publishers Association (1999-2002), 1st Vice Chairman, SOCAN/Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada (2000-2003) and Director Emeritus, CSHF/Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame (1999-2002). Along with the Canadian organizations, John's directorships and executive music publishing positions have cemented important personal and working relationships with many international organizations. These include ASCAP/American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers, BMI/Broadcast Music, Inc., SESAC, PRS/Performing Rights Society, The Harry Fox Agency and virtually all of the major music publishers. Gregory Baker is a seasoned executive with broad experience in strategic and business planning. His career spans more than twenty years in a variety of business environments ranging from large multinational corporations to boutique entrepreneurial ventures. He has been instrumental in the successful transformation of organizations through the development and oversight of measures that enhance innovation, growth and asset productivity. Over the years, he has been a personal advisor to music industry professionals.

Gregory has in-depth experience in the regulatory, legal, and financial/insurance service sectors. He has worked extensively in project risk analysis as a direct advisor to Boards of Directors. His project experience is comprehensive including business/venture structure development through to planning and implementation. Gregory also has experience in the areas of licensing, certification, regulatory analysis, government agency positioning, regulatory compliance as well as the licensing and management of copyrights and intellectual properties.

Gregory obtained his Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law, his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Illinois, his Le Certificat from the University of Paris-Sorbonne, and his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin.
